Does UCLA have means of providing travel vouchers for those who have been admitted to UCLA but would otherwise not be able to visit? I have a student who was admitted in Northern California and would like to visit, but her family's finances make this impossible to do at the moment.
Please share with all of us there is an application or lottery if such a thing is available.

John:
Unfortunately we are not able to offer financial assistance to students interested in traveling to UCLA while considering what university to attend.
We encourage you to look over our website and watch our videos provided, including one about on-campus housing. Please visit www.admissions.ucla.edu/video/default.htm.

I am a transfer applicant and I am losing my mind. I am a nervous wreck. To say that UCLA is my first choice is a monumental understatement.

Good Luck :)

Is it too late to apply?
Posted by: | August 03, 2009 at 12:04 PM
UCLA accepts application for freshmen and transfer students in the month of November prior to the academic year the student is applying to attend. For example, November 2009 we will accept applications for students looking to start school in Fall 2010.
Applications are available online at www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/apply_to_uc.html beginning in October.
